The VASER Shape procedure is non-invasive. It’s also painless, and, thus, requires no anesthetic.
 
The procedure typically takes 60 minutes, depending on the size of the area you’re having treated. During the ultrasound segment of the procedure, all you’ll feel is the device’s dual-head handpiece on the treated area of your skin and a warming sensation from the sound waves heating up the fat cells. The vacuum-assisted zonal massage—the second segment of the treatment—is often described as being similar to a deep-tissue massage.

There’s no downtime with VASER Shape. You can return to your normal everyday activities immediately after the procedure. The treated area of your skin may appear pinkish for a few hours, but you should not experience any discomfort.
